Description

• Coordinate procurement by the parliamentary services and support specialist areas in formal and procurement issues
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, key figures and decision-making principles for digital services
• Prepare procurement dossiers correctly, document them in a comprehensible manner and file them in an audit-proof manner
• Monitor contracts, terms, cost developments and accounting principles
• Support Product Owners with procurement, controlling and reporting issues
• Further develop standards for procurement, controlling, reporting and contract management
• Education in economics, finance, procurement or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience
• In-depth knowledge of federal public procurement as well as experience with procurement and procurement management solutions
• Very good SAP knowledge for planning, control line, auditing and evaluations
• Good understanding of the interaction between procurement, contract, budget, invoicing and reporting
• Structured, independent and responsible working methods with high quality assurance and secure documentation
• good active knowledge of two official languages in both words and writing
• Good knowledge of the third official language is an advantage
