- HR BUSINESS PARTNER 80-100%, BEFORE LOCATION
- Competent advice and support of managers and employees in all personnel-relevant issues along the entire HR life cycle
- Sparring Partner for executives in all areas of personnel and succession planning, personnel development, disciplinary management and leadership
- Support and control of the recruitment process as well as internal mobility in close cooperation with managers
- Care of long-term absences and support for the reintegration of employees
- Active participation in various HR projects as well as participation in the development and optimization of HR processes
- Speaker for recurring HR events and HR training
Further education in the field of HRM (Federal FA HR or Bachelor) and at least 2 years of professional experience in the same or similar function (ideally in an industrial environment)
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP
- Communication-strong, trustworthy and service-oriented personality with high social competence
- Independent and solution-oriented working method with high personal responsibility
- Strong consulting and coaching competence
- Safe occurrence, assertiveness as well as high resilience and teamwork
