The Civil and Appeal Boards of the Higher Court of the Canton of Solothurn are the last cantonal authorities to assess a wide variety of disputes in civil and criminal matters.

For the Civil Chamber of the Higher Court we are looking for a court clerk, 70%, as of 01.03.2027 or by agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility

Its main task is to process written proceedings and draft judgments for the judges of the Civil and Appeal Board.

Key requirements

  • You have completed legal training at a Swiss university and experience in civil and criminal law and/or in the judicial field.
  • The attorney's patent is desired, but not a prerequisite.
  • They have good IT user knowledge and like to work independently.
  • An efficient working method, stylish German as well as resilience and teamwork round off your profile.
