Full description
The Richteramt Dorneck-Thierstein is the first judicial authority in the office. For the Civil and Criminal Department, we are looking for a 100% clerk at the Dornach site as of 01.02.2027 or by agreement until 31.07.2027.
Your responsibility
- They process the incoming mail, open court dossiers and write orders and general correspondence.
- They make appointments and set up court hearings.
- You are also responsible for sending all correspondence, in particular decisions, judgments and certificates of legal force, as well as case accounting and archiving.
- They shall carry out checks on time limits.
- On the telephone and counter you provide information and serve the reception.
Your profile
- We expect a commercial degree, if possible with experience in civil and/or criminal law (in particular procedural law).
- They have good IT knowledge, like to work independently and take responsibility.
- Legal issues interest you.
- They are skillful in oral expression and appreciate contact with customers and authorities.
- An efficient working method, stylish German as well as flexibility, resilience and teamwork round off your profile.
