We advise CONCORDIA insured persons on questions about health, illness and treatment and support them in finding the medically appropriate next step. In doing so, we are continuously developing our telemedical offerings, processes and digital possibilities. Professional quality, appreciation and open cooperation are central to us. We work together uncomplicated and maintain a du-culture. For our centrally located and modern call center in Olten SO we are looking for a health consultant telemedicine / Dipl. Care professional HF 60 - 80%. Do you want to use your medical expertise, support people directly – and at the same time work differently than in classic day care? At concordiaMed, you advise insured persons on acute and general health issues. You assess medical situations, assess their urgency and support adults and children in finding the right next step.

- You conduct telephone health consultations and medical triage.
- You assess complaints and assess the urgency of further treatment.
- You support insured persons in the choice of the appropriate treatment route and in the orientation in the health system.
- You will advise on various topics from health, disease, prevention and treatment.
- You document your consultations structured in our digital systems.
- You work closely with our medical team and various healthcare partners.
