These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk, Strategy & Projects, and Tax departments.

Key requirements
- At least 8-10 years of work experience.
- University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading people analytics initiatives or establishing people analytics functions in complex organisations.
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Snowflake, as well as Python and other programming languages.
- Detailed understanding of modern data science/machine learning frameworks, with experience in cloud-based analytics environments.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
- Recognised authority in data and analytics, with a strong grasp of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Strong knowledge of the HR environment, topics and data across the employee life cycle.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team while remaining hands-on with complex analytical work.
- Exceptional project management skills, managing processes, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines closely.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing and aligning others around innovative, data-driven approaches.
