Company and context
- Lead, motivate, develop: You will strengthen and develop your team leaders and employees (total about 80 employees) in a targeted manner, promote leadership skills and accompany the organization through a dynamic growth phase.
- Mastering personnel and assignment planning: Optimal shift planning (3-shift operation), emergency management and resource management are in your hands.
- Performance, quality and costs under control: You are responsible for goods receipt, storage, picking, disposal and shipping – including budgets, inventory and inventory management.
- Technology & plant operation: You ensure the availability of all plants (including highly automated high-bay and small parts warehouse and external external warehouse).
- Optimize logistics processes: Quality and efficiency – You develop processes further, procure capital goods and ensure their sustainable maintenance and continuous improvement in the sense of the CIP.
- HSSE & compliance living: occupational safety, health, environment, legal requirements, ISO standards and internal guidelines You keep everything and develop it further.
- Reporting & Control: Statistics, KPI and BSC reports serve as a basis for you to continuously monitor and improve logistics performance.
- Quality & Projects: Support for quality cases, process communications and active participation in relevant projects. Who you are
- Completed technical or logistical vocational training (e.g. logistician/EFZ) plus higher specialist training in logistics
- Many years of management experience with responsibility for large teams (at least 80 people) as well as the ability to accompany and develop teams and managers in a dynamic growth field
