The Office for Culture and Sports (AKS) provides a broad population with access to culture, history and sport. Central Services is the service centre for the Office, its employees and partners. For the Central Services department, we are looking for an 80-90% head of Central Services at the Solothurn location as of 01.10.2026 or by agreement. Your responsibility

• They are responsible for the professional and operational responsibility of accounting (debtor, creditor, general ledger, monthly and annual accounts as well as budgeting processes).
• They manage the Central Services of the Office for Culture and Sports in organisational, personnel and professional terms.
• In your role, you support and advise the office management on strategic and operational issues and develop the basis for decision-making.
• You are responsible for the further development of the support and service processes.
• With competence and interest, you will lead and accompany future-oriented IT and digitalization projects. Your profile
• You have an oath. Professional certificate in finance and accounting and/or a completed degree resp. a further education (uni/FH/HF) in business administration, controlling, accounting or a comparable discipline.
• We presuppose several years of professional experience in accounting as well as a high degree of initiative, self-employment and service orientation.
• In addition to SAP knowledge, you have experience with common controlling tools such as Power BI and Excel at an expert level.
• They know the administrative processes of a public administration and preferably the political structures of the canton Solothurn.
• A strong affinity for culture and/or sport as well as your personal interest in it round off your profile.
