- Ensure a constant technological watch, have a vision of the solution architecture and know how to spread it throughout the organization
- Support the increase in the skills of its team, but also of the project implementation teams
- Manage relationships with suppliers, external and internal partners
- Lead governance around the decision-making needs of the solution architecture domain Profile
- Higher education in IT type HES, Bachelor / Master EPFL
- 10 or more years of experience in computer science, acquired in different roles and/or environments including a minimum of 5 years of team management of experts/architects
- Expertise to translate future capabilities and business requirements into solutions architecture requirements
- Experience in large-scale transformation programmes and integration and transition issues
- Expertise in cloud transition, especially Microsoft Azure, SaaS solutions and development with current technologies
- Experience in managing the business architecture repository, ideally using a product (Sparx, IRIS, Leanx, Bizzdesign, etc.)
