The Healing Education School Center (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and support our students from kindergarten age to school leaving holistically and individually. Our diverse educational offer enables a good school, social and personal development. For HPSZ Solothurn and Olten, we are looking for an application manager, 80-100%, immediately or by agreement.

Your responsibility

• They monitor the ongoing application operation.
• They ensure the control, maintenance and support of the software for HPSZ.
• The head of school informatics supports you in the implementation of the projects.
• Technical problems and application errors (first-level support) triage and solve or forward them.
• They train employees in the core applications. You will continuously analyze, document and develop the existing core processes.

Your profile

• They have higher vocational training (e.g. computer scientist, business economist, computer scientist).
• In addition to very good O365 knowledge, you have experience with applications in the administrative school environment.
• You can demonstrate experience in requirements and project management.
• For this function, you bring a certification as an ICT supporter SIZ or experience as a power user.
• Thanks to your networked thinking, you quickly capture different interests and requirements and carefully weigh them against each other. You see yourself as an internal service provider with a high level of willingness to perform and work solution- and team-oriented.
