BACHTELEN is engaged in the canton of Solothurn with various offers for the promotion and integration of children, young people and young adults.

In our schools at various locations in the canton of Solothurn, we facilitate resource-oriented teaching with individualized support. Our students are unique, exciting and endearing personalities and have a special educational need in the areas of behavior, learning, communication, cognition or interaction.

For our special school in Grenchen we are looking for a committed and flexible personality as soon as possible.

School management ad interim cycle 1 (50 %)

Start of deployment: immediately or by agreement

Temporary term: for the time being until the Christmas holidays (18th) December 2026 ) with option of extension

Your commitment

Presence at the school is provided as follows

• Wednesday morning
• Thursday full time
• Monday and Tuesday as required and in agreement

You work closely with the two co-directors (cycles 2 and 3). They support you in your function and stand by you together with the department manager as a competent contact point.

Your tasks

• Organisation and coordination of school operations for cycle 1
• Contact person for teachers, staff, guardians
• Children's meetings with teachers and therapists: inside
• Parent talks
• Cooperation in administrative and organisational tasks of school management
• Close cooperation with the co-school management

Your profile

• Educational training, ideally in special education
• Leadership experience or school management training
• Organizational talent as well as independent and solution-oriented working methods
• High social skills, communication strength and resilience
• Enjoyment of working together in a team
