Bachtelen is involved in the canton of Solothurn with a wide range of offers for the promotion, support and integration of young people. This includes special schools, various housing offers, individually coordinated therapy offers as well as consultations and day care centers. Bachtelen employs around 550 people. The Huus am Schärme offers 10 children and young people a safe place to live for 365 days. Embedded in the social space of Hägendorf, the house enables an everyday and life-oriented accompaniment. Through the integration into the residential quarter, the proximity to school, leisure and support offers as well as the cooperation with parents, legal representatives and specialist bodies, we create good conditions for development, participation and self-employment. Our work is based on trust, participation and relationship design at eye level. Technically, we are guided by trauma pedagogical principles, the principles of life-world orientation and empowerment, creating a structured, reliable framework and a safe place where children can grow and develop their strengths. For the residential group Huus am Schärme in Hägendorf we are looking for from now on or by agreement as a temporary maternity representation of 12 months one:e social pedagogue:in HF/FH or a specialist caring specialty children 70-80 % Following the maternity representation, there is the option of permanent employment.
