Main responsibilities
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve business targets, KPI’s and sales in accordance with the brand retail strategy Demonstrate leadership and set performance targets for the team in a timely manner Identify business opportunities.
- Develop and implement activities to discover new clientele and grow the client database Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure Timepieces are properly maintained and always secured Ensure exceptional levels of client service and after-sales experience Build long-term sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty and familiarity.
- Lead, manage and develop the sales team to ensure consistent performance and high levels of morale BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES Exceed boutique budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy Analyze business data, propose and implement sales strategies to improve KPI’s Plan and implement weekly meetings and actions Implement regular in-store and local events as per the retail activation calendar to drive sales for existing clients, generate new business and grow client base Build and develop external networks with business partners on behalf of the brand e.g. hotels, embassies, media, celebrities, etc.
- Communicate directly with Regional HQ (based in Switzerland) in relation to KPI, CRM, Sales, Inventory, and other relevant topics to maximize business operations.
- CLIENTELING Demonstrate leadership by playing an active role inside and outside the boutique through hosting clients, and ensure best personalized client experience is provided Promote a culture of service excellency within the boutique Create unique, memorable and awe-inspiring experiences for clients to keep them engaged with the brand Deliver meaningful, one-to-one personalized service by anticipating clients’ needs and preferences Identify, recruit and convert new prospects by leveraging digital and physical tools PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT Create a positive, collaborative, engaging and high-performing environment for the sales team Inspire a client-centric mindset Promote a culture of learning within the team by ensuring regular skills coaching, brand education, product knowledge and competitor awareness Develop strategies to improve individual and team performance Identify high-potential Sales Ambassadors and develop them for career evolutions within the brand FINANCIAL CONTROL & REPORTING Ensure timely qualitative monitor KPIs and define and implement action plans to achieve targets Manage the Act as the “face” of the Boutique and as Brand Ambassador in and outside of Boutique.
- Build Brand and Boutique awareness and equity.
- Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills, at any given time, with partners, prospects and clients Maintain professional and respectful relationships with service suppliers or boutique neighbors.
- Comply with Group and Brand procedures Oversee store stock EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a luxury environment at management level (Experience in store management is a strong plus) Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality industries (experience within luxury watches and high-end jewelry industries highly desirable) Languages: French and English, any additional language would be a plus KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and our competitors Demonstrate the ability and willingness to make a difference and challenge the status quo Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive business acumen You are agile and adaptable in an ever-changing environment You know how to create loyal clients and easily create personal relationships, ideally you already have a network of local clients in Geneva/Switzerland You love creating memorable experiences for customers and are ready to go the extra mile for the client Ability to communicate effectively and positively to a range of different business stakeholders Similar Jobs Boutique Director Save Taipei, Singapore, Ops Manager Save Taipei, Taiwan, China
