- Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in tariff application, performance recording or billing
- In-depth knowledge of outpatient hospital or practice tariffs (especially with the new outpatient tariff system consisting of outpatient flat rates / TARDOC) Good IT affinity
- Enjoy comprehensible preparation of complex tariff requirements and transfer them into practice
- Experience with tariff projects, system adjustments or the optimization of billing processes is advantageous
- Strength of communication and a professional approach to different internal and external stakeholders
