The military service is responsible for the assessments and the receipt of the military service substitute tax. It deals with objections and complaints, grants remissions, deferrals and instalments, and is responsible for exemption from the compulsory military service tax. For the Department of Compulsory Service Replacement Administration, we are looking for a specialist specialist at the Solothurn site, 80-100%, as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement.

Your responsibility

• They are responsible for the basic registration of the substitute taxpayers, for the processing and preparation of tax factors, for the invoicing and taxation of the substitute taxpayers and the receipt (including legal collection) of the substitute tax.
• In your function, you create installment and deferral decisions.
• You are in contact both by telephone and in writing with the substitutes, the administrative authorities of the Federation, the cantons and municipalities.

Your profile

• They successfully completed a commercial training EFZ or an equivalent training.
• You preferably have a pronounced pay flair and have knowledge of taxes.
• Stylistic German in word and writing as well as very good MS-Office user knowledge distinguish you. You are a service-oriented person, orderly, with organizational skill, exact, efficient and structured work. Your resilience and the habit of working independently round off your profile.
