You have been working in the hospital for several years and would like to continue to look after children and young people in a versatile way – but at the same time design more and organize your daily work more plannably? In this position, you combine an independent outpatient consultation with medical management responsibility and flexible agenda planning. Her new employer is part of an established network of outpatient pediatric practices. They work together with experienced specialists and a well-established medical assistant team in a modern, child-friendly practice environment. A professional practice administration supports you in everyday life. At the same time, you benefit from the professional exchange within the medical team, regular quality circles, internal training and short decision-making processes. In addition to your clinical activities, you take over the medical management of the site and can thus actively shape the professional development and cooperation in the team.

Their tasks

• Medical management of the site and technical contact person for the team
• Independent outpatient care of newborns, children and adolescents
• Prevention, vaccination, treatment of acute diseases and paediatric emergencies
• Co-design of medical standards, quality and processes
• Possibility of introducing your own technical priorities
• Participation in the regional emergency service in accordance with cantonal requirements

Your Competences

• Recognised specialist title in paediatric medicine or equivalent recognition for Switzerland
• Years of experience in primary pediatric care
• Interest in medical leadership responsibility
• Enjoyment of independent outpatient work
• Strength of communication, responsibility and empathy with families
