In the canton of Solothurn, BACHTELEN is committed to the individual promotion and integration of children, young people and young adults.

In order to achieve our goals, we run daycare centers, day schools, housing offers, offers of individual support as well as therapeutic and advisory offers.

We are looking for the school year 2026/2027 for the day school Grenchen as of now

Healing class teachers

for cycle 1 and 2 (40 – 60 %)

or a teacher with readiness,

start training within the next two years

Tasks

• Teaching and supporting normally gifted students with special educational needs in the areas of behavior, learning and communication
• Class leadership of an age-mixed class of 8 – 9 students in cycle 1 and 2
• Close cooperation in a multi-professional team consisting of the specialist disciplines of curative pedagogy, social pedagogy, therapy & counselling

• Bring enthusiasm for the profession and promote and challenge children at their individual development level
• are interested in developing further in the areas of trauma pedagogy, bond-led pedagogy and New Authority
