Do you want to strengthen children in their growing up, accompany them and also move and shape something yourself?

The focus is on children, adolescents and young adults – we accompany them in challenging life situations with heart, mind and a pinch of humor. In a human and technically strong team, we shape their everyday lives together with them and create spaces for development.

The residential group Linde is a 365-day offer for up to 8 children and young people of school age. We are a stable, motivated and committed team and work on an equal footing based on trust, participation and relationship design. Technically, we are guided by trauma-pedagogical principles, the principles of life-world orientation and empowerment, creating a structured, reliable framework and a safe place where children can grow and develop their strengths.

Your profile

We are looking forward to a social pedagogue / social pedagogue FH/HF with:

• Passion for accompanying children and adolescents in challenging situations and enjoying relationship work
• Team orientation, communication strength and the ability to contribute authentically – whether in shift transfers, case discussions or in interdisciplinary cooperation with parents and networks
• Appreciation for a stable team where mutual support, humor and respect are paramount and shared laughter, reflection and growth are a matter of course
• A structured and reliable way of working in a 365-day offer – with fixed vessels for everyday routines, participation processes and trauma pedagogical approaches
