The Foyer Däderiz in Grenchen is a 365-day offer for seven young people and young adults aged 14 to 20 years on their way to self-employment. Together with them we develop life and future perspectives. Our work is based on trust, participation and relationship design at eye level. We are guided by trauma pedagogical principles, life-world orientation and empowerment. Thus we create a secure, living framework in which young people can test their strengths and grow. • Your profile You have passion for the accompaniment of children and adolescents in challenging situations of life and joy in relationship work You are team-oriented, communicative and authentic – whether in shifts, case meetings or in interdisciplinary cooperation with parents and networks You value a stable team that focuses on mutual support, humour and respect and where we laugh, reflect and grow together You like to work structured, service-plan-oriented and reliable in a 365-day offer – with solid vessels for everyday routines, participation processes and trauma pedagogical approaches You have a guaranteed place of study in social education / social work (HF or FH) and can provide a 60% training allowance according to your school's requirements.
