• CHEF/FE DE PROJECT INDUSTRIALIZATION 100% on site
• Your future missionsIndustrial project management: Pilot projects related to the integration of new means of production and the optimization of assembly processes.
• Industrialization: Implement manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Technical drafting: Draft specifications for equipment, prepare documentation and follow up on tenders.
• Economic Analysis and Investment Management: Assess project profitability, make investment requests and monitor budgets.
• Coordination and collaboration: Ensure communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Equipment commissioning: Ensure the commissioning of assembly and testing facilities, including the training of production teams.
• Process Support: Provide technical support in product evolution and ensure process optimization throughout their life cycle.
• Ramp-up and tests: Manage the deployment of processes and tests for Swatch and Flik Flak products.
• Your skills and skillsA graduate degree in microtechnics, mechanics, automation or a related technical field
• Flexible, agile and stress-resistant, you are oriented to solution and have good persuasion strength
• Autonomous, proactive and with a strong spirit of initiative, you are inventive and pragmatic
• Open to consensus and with a strong team spirit, you nevertheless have a good strength of persuasion
• You have an excellent sense of communication
