- TECHNICAL/PROJECTOR/IN - on site
- Your future tasks Development and implementation of digitalization projects in Facility Management
- Establishment and further development of reporting solutions and key performance indicator systems with Excel and PowerBI
- Analysis and structuring of existing FM processes and identification of optimization potential
- Definition, documentation and standardisation of processes, work instructions and roles
- Establishment of a uniform documentation structure and organisation of technical dossiers and operational documentation, including ensuring their traceability
- Ensuring data quality and consistency
- Support in the strategic planning of the FM and compilation of budgets
- Your skills and competenciesTechnical basic training with commercial flair
- Interest in processes, energy, building technology, digitalization
- Experience in technical FM environments (industry, production or complex building portfolios)
- Experience in process optimization, modeling and digitalization
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot, Data Analytics) as well as Power BI, safe handling with MS365
- Structured and analytical working method and solution-oriented thinking

- English and Italian skills are beneficial.
