The Prison Office (AJUV) is responsible for the administrative and practical execution of penalties and measures. For the health service we are looking for a dipl immediately or by agreement at the locations Solothurn, Olten and Deitingen. Nursing professional HF, 80-90%.

Your responsibility

• They look after the physically and/or mentally ill inmates of the Solothurn Prison in Deitingen and the Solothurn and Olten Prisons and take over initial examinations for medical issues.
• It expects you a broad spectrum of general medicine from the care of addiction situations over psychiatric and psychosomatic topics to infectious diseases.
• They work closely interdisciplinary with internal and external departments.
• With a high degree of self-responsibility, you work in a professional and experienced team.

Your profile

• As Dipl. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in acute care somatics and psychiatry.
• They are a well-established personality with a sense of the right balance between trusting affection and the necessary distinction in the relationship with those admitted.
• You have an understanding of the complex tasks of prison medicine.
• Verbal foreign language skills as well as good IT skills are desired.
