As an assistant to the Head of the Office for the Execution of Penalties (OEP), you play a central role in the implementation of criminal sanctions in the canton of Vaud, particularly in the area of alternative penalties and regimes.
In a demanding and multidisciplinary environment, you ensure that criminal convictions are managed in accordance with the legal framework, jurisprudence and the principles of public safety and reintegration.
You are also responsible for the development of electronic surveillance in the criminal or civil field, in particular in a form of active surveillance.

Company and context
- As a member of OEP's Directorate, you are actively involved in defining the Agency's strategy, developing its organization and improving its processes.
- You participate in the conduct of the Office and ensure, in collaboration with the Head of the OEP, the steering of the sector attached to you, as well as the supervision of the sector manager.
- A key player in the Vaudian criminal chain, you develop close collaborations with the various internal and external partners of the OEP and act in accordance with the legal norms and values of our institution: "Loyalty, Solidarity, Credibility".
- Ensure the management of criminal convictions and the enforcement of sanctions in accordance with the legal provisions, jurisprudence and institutional lines of the OEP and the Prison Service.
- Supervise and coordinate your sector, set objectives, support the sector manager and contribute to skills development.
- Ensure the development of electronic surveillance as a means of enforcing a criminal sanction or as a means of controlling a criminal or civil judicial decision, including active surveillance.
- Actively participate in the PEO Directorate and contribute to the definition of its vision, objectives, priorities and action plan.
- To contribute to the development and optimization of the Organisation, processes, piloting tools and services of the OEP.
- Develop and maintain collaborations with the Vaudian criminal chain and with inter-cantonal and national partners.
- Represent the OEP in different forums, meetings, commissions, working groups or cantonal and inter-cantonal projects.
