Main responsibilities
- Embedded in the Helvetia Group, our 30-strong team bundles Baloise Bank’s physical and digital customer service.
- For this dynamic setup, we are looking for personalities who value direct contact and move flexibly between consulting desk, telephone and digital channels.
- You act as the first contact person and ensure an outstanding customer experience – primarily at the consulting desk in Solothurn.
- You provide competent advice in basic banking, ensure the smooth handling of the counter business together with the team and communicate to our departments if necessary.
- You provide seamless support in the areas of inbound, outbound and on-site in our other customer zones (Olten, Grenchen, Dornach).
- You actively participate in service, sales and customer loyalty campaigns and generate leads.
- You are proactively involved and help to continuously optimize our processes. Requirements
- Completed basic commercial training in the banking or financial services environment.
- Sound practice in customer support (customer zone, inbound or contact center).
- Stylistic German.
