Full description
We are a dedicated Squad on a mission to redefine Swiss watchmaking, rooted in our legacy since 1884. Driven by innovation and precision we create timepieces that combine modern-retro design with casual, approachable, and sustainable luxury — powered by passionate teams around the world. For our Creative Hub, we are looking for a Creative 3D Concept Designer to join our #Squad. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will help bring creative ideas to life across retail environments, visual merchandising, point of sale, pop-ups, partnerships, and other brand experiences. Beyond creating high-quality visualisations, you will actively contribute to concept development, shaping spatial experiences and translating creative direction into compelling visual stories.
Your contribution
- You will create high-quality 3D visualisations and imagery that reflect Breitling’s creative vision and brand standards.
- You will translate creative briefs, sketches, and design directions into compelling spatial concepts, bringing ideas to life from the earliest stages.
- You will visualise retail spaces, pop-ups, POS elements, furniture, and brand installations with accuracy, attention to scale, and a strong sense of composition.
- You will contribute to projects from initial concept exploration through creative approval and implementation handover.
- You will explore and test different design options, materials, lighting scenarios, and customer experiences to strengthen creative concepts.
- You will lead the 3D visual output for assigned projects, ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency throughout the design process.
- You will collaborate closely with Creatives, Senior and Expert Creatives, Graphic Designers, Trade Marketing, and other project partners to develop ideas and deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- You will prepare visual materials for internal reviews, stakeholder presentations, and creative approval stages.
- You will support implementation teams by providing visual clarification and creative guidance when needed.
- You will contribute to special projects and new creative developments across our House of Brands.
- You will manage several projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- You will maintain organised project files, efficient working methods, and consistent visualisation standards. You will fit well to our Squad if:
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in 3D visualisation, spatial design, retail design, or a related field.
- You have advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and strong knowledge of V-Ray or an equivalent rendering engine.
- You have a degree in architecture, interior design, spatial design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- You have a strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting, spatial composition, technical drawing, and spatial planning.
- You have experience with Archicad, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite, which would be an advantage.
- You are proficient in using AI tools to support and enhance your creative and visualisation workflow.
- You have experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, exhibitions, or branded environments, which would be an advantage.
- You have a portfolio showcasing high-quality visualisation work across different project stages, from early concept development to refined final imagery.
- You have a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering high-quality, consistent visual output.
- You are proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple assignments and shifting priorities.
- You are a collaborative team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills, open to feedback and different perspectives.
- You can interpret creative direction while bringing your own ideas, recommendations, and solutions to the table.
- You are curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with the ability to remain focused and organised when working under pressure.
- You value trust, transparency, and consistency, and understand how 3D visualisation can help a team explore ideas, align on creative direction, and make informed decisions. Do you think there is even more to discover in this role? You’re right — apply today and learn more!

Questions about this listing
What salary does Breitling offer for this role?
The original listing does not state a salary. Our estimate for this role and sector in Grenchen is CHF 77'500 - 118'500 gross per year — an estimate, not a figure communicated by Breitling. The calculator on this site converts a gross salary into your actual net take-home once cross-border tax and social contributions are applied.
Is this a full-time role, and what type of contract does Breitling offer?
This listing is a full-time position. The contract type shown here comes directly from the employer's original posting; always confirm exact hours, notice period and probation length with Breitling during the application process, since these details can vary by role even within the same contract category.
Do I need a cross-border work permit for a role in Solothurn?
EU/EFTA citizens living in an EU/EFTA state can apply for a G permit and can work anywhere in Switzerland: border zones no longer apply to them, and they must return home at least once a week. The Swiss employer files the request with Canton Solothurn's migration office after the contract is signed. Processing times vary by canton, so confirm the specifics with Solothurn's cantonal migration office or with HR during the application.
How do I apply for this position at Breitling?
Use the "Apply now" button on this page — it links directly to Breitling's original listing at careers.breitling.com, so your application goes straight to the employer's own applicant-tracking system. Frontaliere Ticino does not collect or forward applications itself.
