The Office for Economic Affairs and Labour of the Canton of Solothurn is a dynamic and lively organisation providing public services in various departments such as Regional Employment Centres RAV, Public Unemployment Fund, Labour Inspectorate. For the RAV Solothurn and Olten, we are looking for a temporary personnel consultant for the Solothurn and Olten locations, 80-100%.

Your responsibility

• They advise and support job seekers in the implementation of the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG) competently and with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labour market.
• You show the job seekers prospects and develop a successful application strategy with them. Whether there is a need for qualification among job seekers, find out together. If so, choose suitable offers to increase your chances of getting a job.
• They are professionals in the labour market and know about current developments.
• Your job seekers support you with this know-how and thus contribute to successful job placements.
• You are happy to work intensively with the various internal and external positions, always at the service of the job seekers.

Your profile

• You have completed at least 3 years of vocational training and recognised further education, preferably as an HR specialist or social security specialist or you are interested in completing it.
• Performance, resilience and a result-oriented and assertive working method characterize you.
• Professional experience in customer consulting, placement, personnel management or personnel work coupled with a good portion of life experience are part of your competences.
• In addition, you bring a strong sense of responsibility as well as a high level of customer and service orientation.
• A forward-looking and experienced use of IT tools, a very good self-management and an efficient working technique as well as stylish knowledge of German round off your profile.
