- You have completed secondary school I with good to very good performance
- You have good manners and express yourself verbally as well as in writing in the German language
- You are interested in the business processes and relationships in the sector Immobilien/Treuhand
- You enjoy dealing with people, are communicative and like working in a team
- You learn easily and quickly, and work reliably
