The child and adult protection authorities (KESB) ensure the well-being and protection of people in need. For the KESB region of Solothurn, we are looking for an employee, 80%, at the Solothurn site as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement.

Your responsibility

• As an employee of the KESB law firm, you will perform all administrative tasks.
• They manage the dossiers, ensure their completeness, manage the archive and support the office management in the planning of meetings of the KESB.
• Furthermore, you prepare business and orders independently according to instructions from the law firm management, carry out correspondence, carry out business control and ensure the proper provision of administrative structures.
• Your deputy duties include counter and telephone service as well as postal mail.

Your profile

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education.
• Ideally, you can have professional experience in child and adult protection, knowledge of civil procedure or administrative law proceedings and administrative experience.
• We require an experienced handling of IT resources.
• You are a resilient, performance-oriented and integrity personality with a high level of social competence.
