- Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive und flexible Arbeitsweise aus. Zudem verfügst du über gute Überzeugungsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Teamaffinität.
- Im Laufe der Jahre hast du mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Ingenieurbau (Planungsbüro, Bauleitung) sowie Erfahrung in der Projektleitung gesammelt.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowohl in der Vorprojektphase als auch in der Ausführungsphase ist erforderlich. Erfahrung im Eisenbahnwesen ist von Vorteil.
- Für die erfolgreiche Durchführung solcher Projekte verfügst du über eine höhere Ausbildung als Ingenieur:in im Bauingenieurwesen (Hoch- oder Fachhochschule).
- Auf Deutsch kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher (mindestens C1).
