Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience: HR, consulting or digital environment (IT, AI, software)
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): HR, project management or similar
• Cross-enterprises with a suitable experience profile are welcome
• German (very good knowledge) French (good knowledge): French: actively used in everyday work
• Experience in managing projects and designing structures, training and decision-making bases, as well as creating and presenting analyses, recommendations and inputs using a wide range of tools and methods
• Experience working with different stakeholders – from executives to operational teams, with different languages and backgrounds
• Enjoy complex issues, new challenges and continuous learning as well as advanced technical skills in dealing with Microsoft 365, Jira and various AI tools
• Addressable communication and the ability to make complex things understandable
• Structured thinking, conceptual strength and overview also on a wide range of topics
• Independent, initiative working methods, personal responsibility and a pragmatic approach to challenges
• Pragmatic approach to challenges, continuous willingness to learn and the ability to successfully advance topics
