• Contact person for customers, relatives and employees in all questions regarding dementia
• Ensuring a high quality of care for our customers at home
• Clarification of needs after interRAI until completion of the care process as a case-leading nurse
• Taking on nursing and administrative tasks
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with employees, specialist bodies and doctors
• Project work and assumption of additional tasks

Your profile

• Training as a nurse HF
• Ideally with further education in the field of dementia or willingness to further education in this field
• Outpatient professional experience is beneficial
• Appreciative communication culture and mastery of the German language in words and writing
• interRai HC course or willingness to complete it
