- As a nursing service provider, you take on the nursing responsibility for our location and shape its development as follows:
- Lead: You give orientation, develop your team and create a culture where people like to take responsibility.
- You already have an apprenticeship as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification and you have further training and experience in management
- A clear communication, decision st rke and a good Gesp 14;r people distinguish you
Main responsibilities
- As a nursing service provider, you take on the nursing responsibility for our location and shape its development as follows:
- Lead: You give orientation, develop your team and create a culture where people like to take responsibility.
- Change: You question existing processes, improve processes and are happy to implement good ideas.
- Responsible: You ensure care quality and resident orientation while also keeping an eye on economic reality.
- Networking: You work at eye level with employees, doctors and other specialist areas. Requirements
- An education as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification you already have and have further education and experience in management
- Clear communication, decision-making strength and a good feeling for people distinguish you
- Your own initiative, pragmatism and the claim to make things really better are a real concern for you
