We're doing school! How? The primary school office deals with all aspects of the primary school with a view to optimal support, coordination and further development of the primary school offers. For the quality assurance department, we are looking for a department head/in quality assurance elementary school, 100%, as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement at the Solothurn location.

Your responsibility

• They support the schools in their task fulfillment, the education of our students.
• Together with your colleagues, you strive to optimize the sustainability of schools.
• In close cooperation, you are responsible for all topics in your department - from A such as "supervision" to F such as "foreign languages" and I such as "Informatics Education" to Z such as "responsibility".
• Your task area will be exciting, diverse and sometimes a bit turbulent.

• You have a good sense of trends in the educational landscape and can take them up quickly and efficiently for your tasks. Thanks to your creativity and talent, you bring complex issues to the point. They approach people openly, demand necessary things and demonstrate a high commitment even in peak times. Their way of working is characterized by reliability, a quick comprehension and absolute discretion.
• As an empathetic personality with a good knowledge of humanity as well as a relevant study program with an ideal further education qualification in the field of public management, you have the optimal basic requirements for this department management.
