- Studies & relevant professional experience: Completed studies (engineering, natural sciences or comparable) 7 years of experience in CAPEX engineering or major project environment.
- Well-founded construction site expertise: at least 3–5 years of operational experience in security coordination on large construction sites incl. Construction safety expertise;
- such as SiFa (e.g.
- BG Bau) or SiGeKo are required.
- Governance & Compliance Foundation: Several years of experience in establishing and maintaining compliance management systems in accordance with ISO 37301 as well as a corresponding certified qualification as a Compliance Manager:in.
- Analytical & pragmatic thinking: Ability to translate complex specifications into simple, immediately applicable solutions and to promote topics independently even without finished templates.
- Communication & Change Strength: A sovereign, empathetic appearance

- Design Management Systems & Governance: You develop and anchor integrated management systems (safety standards and compliance according to ISO 37301) deep within our organization.
- Develop practical toolboxes: You provide our project and construction team with practical tools (guidelines, checklists, instruction modules) that significantly relieve operational processes.
- Strengthening culture instead of controlling it: You promote a vibrant culture of security and integrity, coach project managers and SiGeKOs and empower them to implement standards in a self-responsible and motivated manner.
- Building a strategic bridge: You act as the primary point of contact between construction site, procurement, department management and global governance interfaces in order to harmoniously combine global requirements with local practice.
- Leading Projects & Change Initiatives: You take over the management and monitoring of strategic initiatives (e.g. behavioral security) and drive change empathically and solution-oriented.
