With its management department, the Building Construction Office ensures internal and external moves competently and efficiently. For building operations, we are looking for a company logistician, 80-100%, immediately or by agreement at the Solothurn site.

Your responsibility

• The planning and implementation of internal relocations, transports and warehouse management are in your hands – including coordination of external companies.
• You plan assignments in a forward-looking manner and supervise learning professionals/work maintenance.
• With craftsmanship, you take over the disassembly and assembly of furniture, conversions to USM furniture and the ergonomic setup of workstations.
• Material management and transport logistics are your responsibility and you ensure order, inventory and availability in the warehouse.
• Compliance with safety and quality requirements is ensured.

Your profile

• You will bring a basic craftsmanship training with a federal certificate (e.g. carpenter) as well as experience in transport, relocation and warehouse logistics.
• they hold the category B driving licence and the forklift licence; further development in occupational safety is advantageous.
• In personnel management and assignment planning, you are safe and happy to work with housekeepers and external moving companies.
• Organizational skill, resilience and a pronounced service concept distinguish you.
• Good IT and German skills round off your profile and diplomatic appearance is a matter of course for you
