- You will take over the technical and human leadership of the team in the area of electrics and automation and support the further development of the employees.
- You ensure stable, safe and efficient operation of the electrical systems and control systems.
- You bring practical experience in the industrial environment, ideally in automation technology and preferably also in a management function.: You can safely assess and process both electrical and control issues.
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): and in-depth knowledge in electrics, PLC technology, automation and control systems.
Main responsibilities
- You will take over the technical and human leadership of the team in the area of electrics and automation and support the further development of the employees.
- You ensure stable, safe and efficient operation of the electrical systems and control systems.
- You will analyze and repair faults at production plants and support maintenance in complex electrical and control problems.
- You are actively involved in the construction, commissioning and optimization of plants and technical systems at the new production site.
- You accompany interface, function, performance and acceptance tests and contribute to ensuring plant availability.
- You support the creation of maintenance, maintenance and optimization strategies and implement them effectively.
- If necessary, you adjust control programs, optimize them and ensure clean documentation and version management.
- Together with your team, you ensure reliable technical operation and bring your expertise to bear on both electrical and automation issues.
Key requirements
- You bring practical experience in the industrial environment, ideally in automation technology and preferably also in a management function.: You can safely assess and process both electrical and control issues.
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): and in-depth knowledge in electrics, PLC technology, automation and control systems.
- You are familiar with common automation environments such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell or Beckhoff.
- You have knowledge in industrial communication, for example with Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP or OPC UA.
- You convince with communication strength, assertiveness, team orientation and an independent and reliable working method. German (proof of negotiation) French (advantageous)
