The Amtschreiberei Olten-Gösgen provides services for the entire Amtei in the areas of the Management, Inheritance and Land Registry. As of 01.01.2027 or by agreement at the Olten location, we are looking for a clerk/in garnishments, 100%.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities of the Office.
• They serve recovery documents, execute seizures and arrests.
• Your tasks also include the processing of retentions, official custody and recycling of movable objects and land.
• They process customer enquiries on all operational law issues.

Your profile

• They have a commercial apprenticeship degree (at least e-profile), good IT knowledge and already have experience in debt recovery law. Further training in the area of debt recovery law (e.g. specialist card) or the willingness to complete such a certificate are advantageous.
• As an independent, responsible, team capable and resilient personality She has above-average organizational talent and the ability to think in a networked way.
• Safe appearance and good assertiveness round off your profile.
• You are in possession of a valid driving licence (category B).
