- Foster proactive communication and collaboration between internal departments and external clients
- Ensure timely delivery of services and products according to client requirements and quality standards
- Monitor project activities, identify and address risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Develop strong client relationships while representing their needs throughout internal processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance to team members Your Qualification:
- Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience, preferably in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry Preferred
- Strong understanding of GMP/GxP requirements and quality management systems
