The regional police are keeping public safety high by daily local security, emergency intervention and traffic safety. It optimizes objective and subjective security by investigating the perpetrators for violations, offences or crimes. For the security department we are looking for a police assistant/s security assistant/s, 80-100%, on 01.02.2027 or by agreement for the Olten region.

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for the safety and order of the Canton Solothurn. - You are engaged in a patrol activity in the canton of Solothurn in the form of a uniform and check the traffic in the canton of Solothurn, including the penalties for violations and traffic regulations. If necessary, you will carry out transports of prisoners, trace material, etc. throughout the canton. - You will provide enforcement support for other offices, especially for the Office of Execution.

In addition, the police will accompany and support you in various missions.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a police security assistant with SPI certificate; with basic module and at least one specialisation module. - Team-oriented work is yours as well as independent action; careful, accurate and discreet procedure is a matter of course for you.
