The Regional Vocational Training Centre Olten (BBZ Olten) offers a flexible and diverse educational offer. We provide skills for sustainable professions and thus strengthen the labour market. From 01.08.2027 you will have the opportunity to complete an exciting and varied training as an ICT specialist.

Your education

• The Wi-Fi or the printers in the school building do not work! As a future ICT specialist you will take care of such concerns of the users.
• You install and configure a wide range of ICT user devices, ensure their operation in the network infrastructure and instruct users in handling.
• You can quickly identify customer needs, learn about targeted solutions and work with defined process sequences.
• You are in constant contact with users and professionals, helping to solve problems, introducing new applications and assisting with new acquisitions.
• The team will support you with project work and help you replace older components.

Your profile

• You bring a flair for computers and interest in computer technologies. Your focus is on the installation and configuration of ICT user terminals and support.
• Concentration on challenging tasks and varied work bring you under a balance.
• Abstract logical thinking and a systematic way of working give you pleasure. You also have a good understanding.
• You are interested in commercial activities and see them as a pleasant change to the support of users and the exchange with experts.
• You are an independent, team-capable, reliable and communicative personality. Good knowledge of German is a must for daily customer dealings.
