• Analysis of HR issues as well as co-development of solution approaches and decision bases

Requirements

• 1-3 years: First project experience from study or professional experience
• Student (Uni/FH/HF) German (very good knowledge) French (basic knowledge): French skills, which can be used in everyday work, are an advantage
• Enjoying complex questions, new challenges and continuous learning
• Competence in creating analyses, recommendations and inputs – you use a wide range of tools and methods
• Experience in working with different stakeholders
• Advanced technical skills in dealing with Microsoft 365 and various AI tools
• Addressable communication and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way
• High affinity for digital tools, systems and processes as well as a structured, conceptual working method
• Independent and initiative personality who takes responsibility in a small team, approaches challenges pragmatically and advances topics
