• Collaboration in the areas of warm and cold kitchen, patisserie, food delivery and dishes
• Independent preparation of food according to specified recipes as well as ensuring our quality standards
• Collaboration in the cash sector and active support in daily operations
• Support in the training and support of our learners
• Preparation and implementation of banquets, events and catering assignments
• Assistance in the reception of goods, storage management and the proper storage of foodstuffs
• Implementation and compliance with the HACCP hygiene guidelines and ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years: sound professional experience in community gastronomy beneficial
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): cook/chef
• Passion for teamwork as well as joy in contributing ideas and experiences and continuously developing
• Independent, committed work and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• A well-maintained appearance and a pronounced service orientation
• High standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness and order as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• German (good knowledge)
