- The team supports senior leadership with strategic planning, portfolio oversight, financial management, governance, industry engagement and executive communications across the Digital Assets organization.
- We act as a central coordination point across business divisions, technology teams and control functions, helping drive UBS's digital assets strategy and ensuring transparency on delivery, risks and value creation. Your expertise We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
- has excellent English skills, German is a plus
- has a passion for digital innovation and client-centric solutions
