- You are responsible for the operational handling in your area, from picking to palletizing to forwarding handling.

- Give your team direction, lead clearly and appreciatively, and strengthen a culture of responsibility, commitment and performance.
- You ensure smooth cooperation at the interfaces to production, scheduling, transport and management.
- You are actively involved in setting up the new location and are involved in introducing new processes and tools, including new picking software. Requirements
- You bring several years of proven leadership experience as a team leader or shift manager in an operational logistics or production environment – ideally in the food industry.
- You have experience in setting up, realigning or sustainably optimizing processes and processes.
