Become part of our INFRASTRUCTURE team. We manage, develop, design and plan infrastructure projects of all kinds in civil engineering. We accompany these projects from planning to implementation.

TEAM LEADER INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEPUTY CHAIRMAN BRANCH MANAGER 80-100% - BRUNNEN
YOUR TASKS
- Management and development of the Infrastructure Department in cooperation with the branch management
- Deputy Branch Manager
- Personnel responsibility for a well-rehearsed team of around 8 people (engineers, designers and apprentices)
- Responsibility for the acquisition and overall success of your department
- Activity as a project manager for versatile and demanding new construction and repair projects in the field of road, railway and utility line construction
- Assumption of the management of projects from project planning to commissioning
- Project management to meet and achieve cost, quality and deadline targets

YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Civil Engineering (ETH/FH/TU)
- In-depth expertise in the field of road and railway construction
- Several years of experience in the field across all project planning and implementation phases
- Experience in a management position is an advantage
- Network in the market, valued personality among customers and partners
- Motivated to take on new challenges and to take on responsible tasks
- Professional appearance, solution-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial spirit
- Enjoyment of the committed management of a team
- Very good written and oral German skills as well as basic English skills
