- Processing of special requirements in the field of medicine, care and administration
- Ensuring needs-based and cost-efficient procurement
- Maintaining master data in the material management system
- Maintaining and managing supplier relationships as well as price and contract negotiations
- Audit and release of invoices in close cooperation with accounting
- Support for local/regional purchasing issues
- Organization and information sharing in the event of product changes, recalls or the like in cooperation with strategic purchasing
- Support if necessary. Participation in the respective meetings (e.g. purchasing group, procurement commission meeting, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the commercial or health sector
- Relevant professional experience in purchasing desirable, preferably in the healthcare industry or a comparable sector
- Commitment and assertiveness in the design and support of work and change processes
- In-depth knowledge of a material management program desirable
- Professional handling of MS Office products
- Goal-oriented and independent work as well as good organizational ability
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
