Organization of office hours and preparation of consultations with care

• Coordination of schedules and contact for patients
• both by telephone and on site
• Assistance to outpatients in gynecological and obstetric sessions
• Independent execution of blood samples, injections, vaccinations and tears
• Assistance in small operations (amniocentesis, chorionic cotton biopsies, ultrasound, zonoscopy, coil insertion)
• Execution of administrative tasks and assistance to students in training
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare (MPA) or equivalent qualification in the healthcare sector, preferably with several years' work experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic
• Good knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in the field of gynecology
• Good knowledge of German and foreign language skills (French/English) of advantage
• Good PC knowledge and high service orientation
• Precise, reliable and self-employed work
