- Develop and manage seasonal and in-season merchandise financial plans, budgets and forecasts
- Own category performance analysis, identifying opportunities and risks to drive sales and profitability
Main responsibilities
- Develop and manage seasonal and in-season merchandise financial plans, budgets and forecasts
- Own category performance analysis, identifying opportunities and risks to drive sales and profitability
- Lead Open To Buy (OTB) planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels
- Build assortment and option plans in partnership with Buyers, balancing commercial opportunities and financial targets
- Analyze sales, stock, margin and markdown performance, providing actionable recommendations
- Monitor weekly trading performance and proactively recommend actions to improve results
- Drive allocation and replenishment strategies to maximize sell-through and stock productivity
- Support pricing, promotional and markdown strategies to optimize profitability
- Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support business objectives

- About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven (Senior) Merchandise Planner to drive financial planning, assortment strategies and inventory management across multiple product categories.
- Partnering closely with Buying, Product and Retail teams, you will play a key role in maximizing sales, margin and stock productivity while ensuring the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities and in the right markets.
