The field of internal medicine includes infectiology as well as travel medicine, cardiology, nephrology, gastroenterology and oncology. Consiliarly, endocrinology, pneumology, hematology, neurology, rheumatology and liaison psychiatry are covered. The Hospital Schwyz Palliative Care Station has eight beds. Our interprofessional palliative care team consists of specialists with special training in the nursing, therapeutic and medical fields. We are looking for from 01.12.2026 or by agreement a:n motivated:n medical secretary:in palliative care / internal medicine 60% working day fixed on Tuesday, otherwise flexible by agreement your challenge
- Independent management of the secretariat Palliative Care
- Reporting for the medical service of the station, the ambulatory and the mobile palliative care assignments partly from dictation
- General secretarial duties for the senior physician, senior physician, assistant physician of the palliative care station incl. Calendar planning
- Conducting statistics of outpatient and inpatient treatment palliative care
- Power measurement
- Participation and recording of the interprofessional report
- Assistance in the organisation of events and external training organised by the Palliative Care Team Your profile
- Completed training as medical / hospital secretary:in or medical:r practice assistants:in
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology
- Very good knowledge of German
- Very good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
