Their tasks

• Ensuring maintenance, maintenance and operation of our buildings and technical facilities
• Management and coordination of technical service staff
• Control of external specialist companies and service providers
• Planning and support of repairs, conversions, renovations and projects
• Coordination of safety tests and technical approvals
• Participation in fire protection, occupational safety, emergency management and energy efficiency
• Further development of technical processes and processes

Your profile

• Completed technical or craft training, ideally with further training in building technology or facility management
• Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance, facility management or a comparable function
• Experience in management or coordination of employees
• Good knowledge of technical building equipment
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Responsibility, organisational talent and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and pleasure in tackling it yourself if necessary
